Photographer, Videographer - Marketing Department, College of Integrated Science and Engineering
Attended and photographed events associated with the college for marketing and web use. Edited photos and videos for distribution using Lightroom, Photoshop, iMovie and Flickr. Produced photo and written content for publication in the department's Senior Symposium book, filmed CISE graduation commencement video. Set up appointments with faculty, staff and students using 10to8 scheduling software.
Spring 2019
Creative Director - Curio Magazine
Acted as one of three main editors for the Spring 2019 edition of Curio, managing a staff of approximately 20 writers, photographers, designers and videographers. Created 48-page magazine spread with InDesign including selecting color palette and type, selecting and placing photos and text body within their pages, setting margins and making all final creative decisions for publication. Photographed and edited photos for multiple stories, including cover photo and story.

Worked as one of two executive editors for the publication to give staff story assignments, set deadlines, hold regular meetings with different teams to track progress and assist with editing. Assisted with graphic production, creative decisions, story editing and photography.
Summer 2018
Intern - JMU Ireland Study Abroad
Traveled abroad for six weeks and interned with youth nonprofit organization, Foroigé, to tell stories of culture and what it means to be Irish. 4.0 GPA for the program. Produced two feature stories, a short film, photo content, logo and a website as a team in three weeks.

Member Services Manager
Organized, scheduled and facilitated monthly staff meetings, communicate directly with professional staff about department and employee needs, assist with hiring and training of new team members. Served as informational agent and promoter of all of the activities and programs UREC offers. Assisted students, faculty, and alumni members in program registration and answer questions regarding UREC's operations and events.
